HENRY for FORD
Henry, is a strategic incident support platform, developed for Ford by four TU Delft masters students, including me.
Incidents are more than accidents and some -statistically most- of them are just minor problems. And they go beyond technical issues of cars. That's why a more flexible solution is required.
Our system allows peers to help each other and encourages to take charge, using gamification.
Through gamification, we hope to create a brand community, that will begin with but won't be limited to Ford drivers. This strategy is indicated by the name.
